Grind Workspaces Chicago

2013 / Chicago, IL

Grind Workspaces comes to Chicago with their first location in the Loop at Madison and LaSalle. This 10,000 sf space will allow members to work in a highly connected and collaborative workplace in the heart of Chicago.

The existing 1970's Perkins + Will building located mechanical floors on 14 & 15 in the middle of the building. The mechanical equipment leaves a 10,000 sf office space on the east side of the building that has a double-height volume that has never be capitalized. We are opening this up for the first time to the public with the dramatic spatial experience for the use of Grind.

We are excited with the addition of this collaborative workspace to the Chicago market.
