Honor Niles Office

2009 / Niles, MI

Honor is a growing financial institution, expanding across southwestern Michigan. Collective has been retained to design a new retail environment as well as a new identity. It is our goal to merge the new identity with the retail environment, creating a brand experience that will respond to the growth of this financial institution. The evolution of the financial retail branch office is founded on interactive experience leading to a relationship based banking solution, where loyalty is a product of client service. We have designed this retail experience with the client as the point of focus, locating a client lounge in the center of the experience, circulating quick transactions around this area, that link directly to the cash services stations, member offices, and the conference room. The drive through functions are accommodated remotely, making the staffing of the office as efficient as possible. The development of this retail concept initiated from the interior function to the exterior envelop. Collective has taken every opportunity to employ energy saving strategies where possible with the goal on reducing the operating costs of the facility.
