Lake Street Office

2012 / Chicago, IL

Collective is designing a logical contemporary interior for this growing law practice. This project is located in the growing West Loop neighborhood in Chicago. The project re-uses an existing 3 story building, connecting these floors for this new single tenant. Each floor will contain offices enclosed in glass and new restrooms. The first floor will have a new glass conference room on the corner of the building facing the intersection of Lake and Morgan. Behind this conference room will be a new reception area that will enter off Morgan under a cor-ten steel canopy and signage element. This practice will achieve a full branded interior through the use of material and color palette and the use of graphics. The project has 2 roof decks that will engage the urban neighborhood landscape.
