Chicago, IL / 2023–2024
This is a new house for the Andersonville neighborhood in Chicago on a unique site. The house is mid-block with an alley abutting the long east side with a future park across the street. This allows for the design of a corner house in the middle of the block. We have located the stair in the middle of the house facing the park and wrapped on the exterior with a metal perforated screen.
