The Timber Lane Residence was designed as a modern minimilist iteration to the popular southwest Michigan cottage. We've designed an efficient 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom house, with the focus on how a young family would use the residence on this corner lot. The material choices are common to residential vernacular in the area, used in a thoughtful way to distinguish this home in the neighborhood.
