Our home, reimagined from this 1889 piece of Chicago history, creates a space for creativity, connections, and productivity. This 2 story 5,550sf building was home to a custom masonry fabrication contractor, sitting vacant since the mid 1980's. 24 dump trucks, 7 months and a lot of amazing people brought this pre-Chicago fire building back to life for generations to come. This substantial project gutted the existing structure and replaced it with a clean, modern interior that can support life as it happens.
