We are proposing a transformation to an existing industrial warehouse building in Downers Grove, IL, into a private facility offering automobile storage, detailing, repair, event space, and extensive gathering areas. This space aims to provide car enthusiasts with a place of refuge, respite, & pause; both a functional all-in-one garage, and a spa-like lounge experience.
