We have been working at making a modern loft in a new construction building that over-looks downtown Cedar Falls in Iowa. This 8,500 sf unit has city and distant views in each direction, an expansive 1,500 sf exterior deck and we've proposed an exterior courtyard in the middle of the large floor plate that connects to the sky and will provide upper roof top access for another outdoor space.
