Wells house is a multigenerational, multi-family project located in Chicago's Bridgeport neighborhood. We were tasked by a Chicago Developer to design her family home, including a separate unit for her parents. The project became a duplex up/ down solution providing generous space for each unit, with a unique shared entry point including a louvered entry canopy, sliding door and entry storage locker.
